These terms apply when you buy from Ethnic Wear online at ethnicwear.com.au or in our store at 6 Redwood Street, Blacktown NSW 2148. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Return & Exchange and Privacy policies.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Products and descriptions

• We describe each item as accurately as we can, including the fabric, the pieces included (for example kameez, bottoms and dupatta) and the available sizes.
• Colours can look slightly different on screen because of lighting and display settings. Embroidery and handwork can vary a little from piece to piece.
• Please check the size guide on the product page before you order. If you are unsure, call or WhatsApp us on +61 434 394 757.

Prices

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• The total price, including any delivery fee, is shown at checkout before you place your order.
• If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

• After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund for that item.
• You can ask to change or cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible.

Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. In our Blacktown store we accept cash and card. We do not store full card numbers on our website.

Delivery and Click & Collect

We deliver within Australia only. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Click & Collect orders can be picked up free of charge from our Blacktown store once we confirm the order is ready.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Change-of-mind exchanges and store credit are available within 7 days of receiving your order, for unworn items with tags attached. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Full details are in our Return & Exchange policy.

Your account

If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.

Website content

The text, photos and design on this website belong to Ethnic Wear or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. This does not exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
